She finished 3 days shy of her first birthday with 3 majors (including one specialty major and a 2-pt specialty win)! She's the 2nd champion offspring for her mother and 6th champion for her sire.

Origin of her call name: Kalani means "the heavens" in Hawaiian.

Kalani is the first champion for Cara from her first litter & is our first Grand Champion. She began showing as a Special the day after she finished her championship and won five consecutive 5-point majors to acquire her Grand Championship one day after she turned 15 months old!! Bred/owned by Ky-Ann Cockers. Eyes PRA clear/normal and CERF clear, hips OFA good. See her mother Cara and her uncle Cash on OUR PAST page.
April 2019/lewiston, ID: Kalani is WB/BOS (to her sire) for her first point under judge Ken Murray, then two days later is WB/BOS (to her sire) again for another point under judge Joyce Vanek!!
May 2019/Elma, WA : She is WB for her 3rd point under judge Eugene Blake!
May 2019/Lynden, WA : Kalani is WB/BOS to her sire for 1 point then the next day she took BOB over a special (her sire!) for another point!! Third day in Lynden she was BW/BOS to her sire again for 1 more point!! **
June 2019/Woofstock - Vallejo, CA : At the Bay Cities CSC Kalani was WB for a 3-point specialty major and RWB to the major at the Yosemite KC all-breed show! The next day at the Contra Costa KC show she was WB for 2 points!!
August 2019/Enumclaw, WA: Rainier Sporting Dog Assoc - Kalani is Reserve WB to a 4 pt major the first day under judge Debra Davis. The next day she is WB for a 4 pt major under judge Chris Levy to finish at 14 months old!!
At the Washington State Cocker Spaniel Club show the following day, her first day as a special, she took Select Bitch (5 pt major) under judge Linda Riedel. Then, Select Bitch again (5 pt. major) the next day at the Olympic KC show under judge Barbara Pepper! Final day of the Olympic KC shows Kalani gets Select Bitch once again (5 pt. major) under judge Barbara Alderman!
September 2019/Great Falls, MT: At the Flat Head KC shows Kalani took back-to-back Select Bitch wins for two 5-point majors to finish her Grand Championship title!
May 2019/Lynden, WA : Best Of Opposite to her sire at 11 months old under judge D. R. Holloway Jr. !
